Northern Pike (Esox Lucius) is also known as great northern pike, jack, jackfish, pickerel, snake, gator. Among all the game fish, Northern Pike is the the easiest catch as Northern Pikes willingly bites bait or lures. Northern pikes are commonly found in streams, rivers, lakes. Northern Pike look similar to Musky, though they are not genetically related.
