I have been fishing in The Key River, French River & Bad River areas of The French River Provincial Park for over 35 Years & just wanted to share some of my experiences with others who do the same or help the new ones anyway I can. I love The Georgian Bay & camping out on the islands for a week or two each year. You will to if you get the chance to experience it. There is no other place like it anywhere. You have to go by boat or float plane as there are no roads to these pristine wilderness areas.

Son. My buddies and i used to do the key river trip may 24 time or earlier and would welcome some dialog. I am going up for another trip early may. crappie, waldos pike and the such with a friend this time. i have a few spots built up over the 12-15yrs we went but would welcome any suggestions. I seek out the warm water and weeds with live bait or worms.
